Other factors which may affect the price of your skip include:
Skip size: The amount of waste to be recycled/managed
directly affects hire charges.
More waste = bigger skip = higher charges.
Waste type: Some kinds of waste require more specialised
handling, which inevitably incurs greater expense.
Hire period: You can hire a skip for anything up to 7 days at
no extra cost.* After that time additional charges
may be incurred.
Plus VAT: Although we do try to make skip hire less taxing,
we still have to add 17.5% VAT!
